Missy Schreiner

Missy started golfing in the early ’80s, turned pro in 1995, and passed the PGA PAT in 2003. She earned her B.S. from UCLA in 1992, her M.A. and joint Ph.D. from CU-Boulder in 1996 and 2002 respectively, and her Black Belt in Ki Aikido in 2016. 

At Indian Peaks, Missy spent ten years as the assistant pro and leading golf instructor. In 2018, she joined The Broadlands staff and was promoted to 1st Assistant. She was also the Head Girls Golf Coach at Peak to Peak Charter School from 2010 to 2018. After that, she took the helm as Head Golf Coach for both the boys and the girls at Jefferson Academy.

In addition to being a golf pro, Missy is a Senior Usability Engineer who has helped companies like IBM, PeopleSoft and Victoria’s Secret improve the design of their products and processes, making them more efficient and user-friendly. In research settings, she specializes in human performance, computational modeling, artificial intelligence, and big data. Missy created and directed the highly successful Children’s Ki Aikido program in Boulder from 2010 to 2013, and occasionally runs self-defense classes for interested students.

Michael Tison

With over 20 years of experience, Mike is a graduate of The Golf Academy and The Mundus Institute of Golf Course Management. He played briefly on the Nike Tour along with a few events on the PGA Tour. Mike’s loves spending time with family, playing golf, and going fishing any chance he gets.​

Tuesday Ladies Night – 2021 Ladies Clinics

Tuesdays during the Summer season, 6:00pm – 7:00pm.

Cost is per class and includes instruction and on-course play at the instructor’s discretion.

In the Ladies Clinic we will cover the following and more:

  • Five fundamentals of golf
  • General golf etiquette and rules of golf
  • Short Game including chipping, putting, and bunkers
  • Full Swing including short irons, mid-irons, and woods
